Hey everyone, I’m a software dev in France thinking about moving to Korea—how important is Korean proficiency for day‑to‑day work? Do most companies run everything in Korean, or is English widely used in meetings, docs, and stand‑ups? Are internal docs usually Korean‑only, or do teams often provide bilingual resources? When hiring, do companies ask for a TOPIK score or conduct part of the interview in Korean?
